About Us
R&F Home Works started in 2005 as a two-person outfit with a truck and a tool belt. Two decades later, the truck's nicer — the standard hasn't moved.
Our Story
R&F Home Works was founded in 2005 on a simple idea: a carpenter should stand behind their work long after the check clears. What began with small trim jobs and repairs grew, by referral more than advertising, into full built-ins, decks, and whole-room renovations across Atlanta.
We're still a small crew by choice. Every job gets walked by hand, every cut gets checked twice, and the person who quoted the project is usually the one holding the level on install day.
That's the short version — ask us for the long one over coffee on a job-site walkthrough.
How We Work
We come to you, look at the space, and talk through what you actually need — not just what's easiest to sell.
A written scope and a real number, materials and labor broken out, before any wood gets cut.
Clean job sites, clear timelines, and a phone call if anything changes — no surprises at the end.
We walk the finished work with you before we call it done, and stand behind it after.
Why It Matters
Every project covered, every crew member accounted for.
Most of our work still comes from past clients sending us to their neighbors.
We quote a timeline and work to it — your project isn't a gap-filler between bigger jobs.
Atlanta built, Atlanta owned — no franchise, no call center.
